Return & Refund Policy – Sqin Botanicals

At Sqin Botanicals, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Each of our products is crafted with natural ingredients and undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
  2. You have received a wrong item or different variant than what was ordered.
  3. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used personal care products (including essential oils, carrier oils, or skincare items).

📅 Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Beyond 7 days, we will not be able to process any return or refund claims.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@sqinbotanicals.com 
  2. Include
    • Your Order ID
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear images or video of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received at our facility, we will inspect it.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • If you received a damaged or wrong product, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • your order will exchange and replacement will delivered with in 7 days same line time frame for exchange replacement

🚚 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items purchased during sale or discount campaigns
