We work hard to deliver your favorite essential oils, carrier oils, and skincare products safely and quickly to your doorstep. Please read our shipping terms carefully.


🚚 1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your purchase is complete and another notification when your order ships.

📦 2. Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 Days:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 working days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5-7 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festivals.


🏷️ 3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.
  • standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 applies to orders below ₹999 (depending on your pin code).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee (₹40–₹60) may apply.

💳 4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for selected pin codes only.
  • Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to collect your parcel.
  • Repeated COD rejections may limit your ability to place COD orders in the future.

🌍 5. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted logistics providers such as:
Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post — depending on your location and product type.

Each parcel is securely packed to ensure your products reach you safely and intact.


🔎 6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  • tracking ID via email or SMS
  • A link to track your order in real-time on the courier’s website

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@sqinbotanicals.com.


🧴 7. Damaged or Missing Packages

We take extra care while packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.

Email us at support@sqinbotanicals.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

Our support team will review and resolve it promptly.


🚫 8. Undelivered Orders / Wrong Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address while placing your order.
  • If your order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
  • Sqin Botanicals is not responsible for non-delivery caused by address errors or failed delivery attempts.

🌱 9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
